A Pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 14th, at 1:30pm local time, at the Decatur Public Building Commission office, 141 S. Main St., Suite 808, Decatur, IL 62523. A visit to the project site has been arranged for bidders immediately afterward.
