One set of plans and specifications will be made available to General Contractor Bidders by submitting a refundable deposit in the form of a company check payable to The Macon County Conservation District in the amount of $50.00. ("Central Illinois Builders' Non-Cash Security Method for request of Documents" will be accepted on this Project.). Any additional sets desired by the General Contractor Bidders will be purchased by said Bidders at the Contractor's expense (on a non-refundable basis) through Decatur Blue Print Company in Decatur, IL. The refundable set of Plans (so long as set is in good condition) can be returned for deposit refund within ten (10) days after bid opening by contractors who submit valid bids. Checks shall be made payable to Macon County Conservation District and delivered to, dropped off at, or mailed to: Decatur Blueprint, Inc., 230 West Wood Street, Decatur, IL 62523.
Alternately, a digital-only set may be downloaded through this website for $50. Digital-only purchases are non-refundable.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time), at the project site (7206 Sefton Road), Dalton City, Illinois. Because of the renovation nature of the Project, prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
