A mandatory pre‐bid meeting for the project will be held in the Madden Auditorium, Decatur Public
Library, 130 N. Franklin St., Decatur, IL at 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2023. In addition to project
questions, the opportunity will be provided to discuss the City’s minority participation goals. Attendance
is required to bid on this project. In response to questions arising at the meeting, minutes of the
meeting will be distributed to the bidders.
