Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $75 per set for printed copies (plus shipping if applicable, includes a digital copy); “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to The Lexington Community Fire Protection District. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. A digital-only copy of the bid documents is available for a $50 non-refundable fee.
NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
