Bid Documents can be purchased for a fee of $55 per printed set (plus shipping, where applicable; includes digital copy), or $35 for a digital-only copy. Purchases are non-refundable.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for the project will be held in the Madden Auditorium, Decatur Public Library, 130 N. Franklin St., Decatur, IL at 1:00 p.m. on October 18, 2023. In addition to project questions, the opportunity will be provided to discuss the City’s minority participation goals. Attendance is required to bid on this project. In response to questions arising at the meeting, minutes of the meeting will be distributed to the bidders.
