All purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 at 10:00am CST, at the project site. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory and considered to be a prerequisite to submitting a bid for the project.
