The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete roofing projects for Hickory Point Clubhouse located at 727 West Weaver Road, Forsyth, IL and Scovill Park West Banquet Facility located at 3915 West Main Street, Decatur, IL for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with Contract Documents. Work of this proposed Contract comprises renovation and demolition, including general construction work.
